I rented a 40ft Class A from FamilyRV. The staff are very polite and helpful. My number #1 reason for wirting this review is that they treat you like a customer. There is no attitude, only service. Here are some examples: The coach started beeping at me while I was driving a steep grade. I called, was immediately routed to a tech who spent ages figuring out the issue. On my return, I was unable to get into the gas station to fill the vehicle up and the owner immediately saw my stress and frustration and said he would take care of the fill up so that I could make it to my next appointment, without charging me an arm and a leg. I will be renting from them again because of their professional customer service.

Matt's weekend at Hollister
Good day thought you all would enjoy some of the comments and pictures Matt shared with me thru email and pictures.
Rick,
I have attached a few pictures from my trip to Hollister Hills yesterday.
I spent about 5 hours in the park and covered about 15 miles of trails. I met up with a group from Hollister and they were all in similar vehicles, including 2 RZR's. One was a 2-seater, the other a 4-seater like ours, but red. We did a couple of great trail runs together and had a blast! I got to lead the group on one of the trail runs and we got into some really fun stuff. We went around the back side of the Upper Ranch and found some pretty steep hill-climbs, some narrow ravines, and a lot of beautiful scenery along the way. The weather was perfect too! It was a beautiful day, and there was a lot of visibility from some of the higher trails we were on in the afternoon.
All in all, a great Sunday at Hollister Hills! The RZR is a ton of fun, and an exceptional vehicle for the terrain at Hollister. I can't wait to do it again!

The Albrecht Family proudly holds up there Gift certificate they were awarded for a free 3 nite stay in one of our C3 model RV rentals. They commented " we visited the RV show in Pleasanton fron Jan.6 thru the 16th just to see rental RV's, were not ready to buy at this time but our family RV'ed when we were younger and wanted to take our children RVing. When we buy we think something like the Winnebago 31J would be perfect for us."

2004 Pace Arrow 36B Class A motor home
Family RV has brought in this familys RV to sell on consignment, we asked the Pratt family to share some of their most memorable moments with their RV and recieved some great memories of trips they have had with this Pace Arrow.
"Favorite memories in our Motor Home
Wintering in Islandia Marina RV Park which sits on about 5 acres of beach front in Bahia Kino, Mexico - due west of Hermosillo on the Sea of Cortes.
We were especially happy to return to Islandia with our new Pace Arrow. We were part of a large group of Americans and Canadians who formed lasting friendships during the winter months at Bahia Kino. (In fact, a Canadian couple just visited us last week where we live in Mission Viejo). Besides visiting local restaurants, group clam bakes, incredible happy hours watching the sunset, occasionally the weather was miserable in the winter – blowing cold winds and occasional rains. On those occasions, we (and a lucky couple of others with large Class As) we could fit 10 people inside for happy hour and a pot luck dinner (two in the captains seat which turn around and face the group, four at the dinette, three on the sofa, one on a small recliner, and one on a folding chair. We had two small storage container tables that served as coffee tables.
A Northwest Coast trip with our family
Fall of 2009, we caravanned with family from the northern Washington coast down to the southern Oregon Coast. Our brother and sister each had 5th wheels. When we would pull in, we would push buttons and the slides would go out, the awning would go up, and the Pace Arrow would level. Then we would put out our chairs, crack a beer and watch our family continue to set up; their set up activities could go on for an hour. This is a particularly poignant memory – it was the last trip for Ed’s kid sister. She passed away from cancer the following spring.
Boondocking
BLM land outside Quartzite for the big RV show in January is a great gathering place for old RV friends made over the years. It can be cold in the desert in January, and there are no hookups. Our propane space heater is a great asset. We could be warm at night when it was very cold outside.
The Pratt family is now offering their Pace Arrow at Family RV give us a call or stop in and see for yourself
