It is important to all of us at Family RV that your trip is safe and fun. We act on any news and prepare our units for you for the best possible experience. CNN news and Biden confirmed that you should avoid confined spaces like airplanes that re-circulate air, closed in quarters that will amplify the problem of the Swine flu. They say to get out to the outdoors, where if someone coughs it is less likely to affect you. They say areas that people touch need to be cleaned and remove any possibility of transferring viruses. Our RV's are cleaned and inspected so that you can travel with confidence, enjoy the outdoors and your traveling experience.
We appreciate your business and take care in the quality of our motor homes and trailers for your use. We take hours to inspect and clean them prior to your departure to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip. When you pick up your RV it is ready to go except for orientation and physical inspection. If you encounter a problem on the road we are here to answer your questions. When you return the RV we go over the unit completely and discuss your trip. We want you to have the best trip ever in the best fleet available today for your enjoyment.

Rented 3 motor home for Venture Church. heard about family RV from a friend at the church. Traveled to SF, Santa Cruz, and around. Went for 4 days and traveled about 250 miles. Our trip was great and the motor homes worked without any problems.

Rental Customer 04/28/09

Found family RV on the internet and traveled to Santa Cruz and Davis. Filled up tanks before releasing RV. Added 27 gallons of fuel ony 49 miles, fuel guage was on full but tank was not full. Trip we good and I was satisfied with most of the services.

I took a 24' winnebago and all went well. Traveled to Southern California to the Grand Canyo. Everything check out well. Thanks

Marshall has been a loyal customer of Family RV since November 1999 where he purchased an RV and then we leased it out for him and are servicing it while he is using it personally for the last few years.
Alan, I want to express my appreciation for the efforts expended by you and your staff while repairing my RV. What I expected to be a simple, straight forward repair, turned into layer after layer of more work.

Specifically, I wish to commend Matt Wallace, the Service Department Manager for a job well done. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about RV repair and maintenance. HIs interaction with my insurance carrier was exceptional. As a matter of fact, the insurance adjustor commented to me on Matt's knowledge and openness in their discussions on the extent of the damage that was found in the RV. He also mentioned that it was a pleasure working with Matt. I also second that comment. Matt is a definite asset to your organization.

In my opinion the work was accomplished in a professional and timely manner. In addition Matt and I discussed methods and procedures to prevent a recurrence of this type of damage.

I hope I never have to return for this type of repair, but I will return for those items of maintenance and repair I am unable to perform myself.

2008 Rental Season

Traveled to North East then to Lake Tahoe, to Mendocino for 6 days ending 8/23/08
We all had a great family trip and having everything at easy reach. Kids really enjoyed it. Will definitely do it again!!

Rented a Winnebago View 24B and toured some beautiful site in the West.

Picked up RV in San Jose and drove to new York.
Did 9,000 miles in 32 days.
Went to Idaho and around Great lakes then to upstate New York.
Great trip good time.
Should have brought my satellite receiver!!
I found out after the trip I could have borrowed one
from the owner and could have watched the elections!
