Over 10 years of RV Rental to the Soquel Campmeeting
Dear Subrina,
Thank you for another great RV renting experience. The RV was great and that floorplan was the envy of my sister Angela and her husband Fred. I really appreciated the speedy response from the service department who came out on Saturday to solve the mystery of the full black water tank. I'm sorry I can't recall the man's name that came to our rescue, but my sentiments are the same. Please thank him again for me. My parents were greatly relieved to have that problem solved and so was I. Working with your company just makes the entire campmeeting experience more pleasant, and I look forward to renting from you again in 2010.
Sincerely,
Gail

Recent Email from First time renter
Hi Meranda, Subrina, Rick, Matt & Ron —
Mike here. Just following up from yesterday and this am.
Met with Matt two weeks back. Tested wiring plug (all OK). Towing truck is 1 yr old 1 ton Dodge Ram. Purchased nice adjustable hitch from Matt. He felt unlikely will need sway bars or weight distribution; will determine when trailer is attached Wed. am. If so, would purchase sway set-up at special price (since already purchased expensive hitch). Had not installed trailer brake at that time (just installed "Tekonsha P3 Prodigy" this weekend), so will test tomorrow am.
Spoke with Meranda yesterday. Insurance binder is all set. Requested rental date change to one day earlier (both pickup & return. Will pick up trailer tomorrow 7/29 (instead of Thursday) and return it Friday 8/7 (instead of Sat.) Same cost (already charged). Discussed may be a few hours late on Friday due to am traffic. Meranda stated OK since rental not due out again until following Tuesday, but requested to please call if delayed. Email also requested to confirm rental date change. She mentioned to call today regarding early pickup request for Wed., (traveling some distance with children) and to talk with Subrina.
Spoke today with Ron. He confirmed rental unit is back and not needing repair. Estimated could have ready Wed. am @ "11ish" for early pickup. Transferred to Subrina @ rental desk. Left detailed vm around 10a.
Anything else? If so, please let me know.
Thanks so much everyone for all your assistance with this first RV rental. Much appreciated!!!
Best regards,
Mike Mainiero

Friends at Family RV,
Our family took our first RV vacation to Yellowstone National Park & Grand
Teton this summer. It was a vacation of a lifetime! Traveling in a RV with 3
young children couldn't be easier. We LOVED the convenience of having a
place to stay wherever we went without having to unload bags and bags of
"stuff"!. Plus, the added benefit of eating home cooked meals on the road
also helped us to stay healthy and fit - not to mention the money we saved!
We are excited about our next RV adventure. Hence, we will be seeing you
again very soon.
Thank you again for your friendly service. Your staff was extremely helpful
and the RV we rented was clean and well maintained. We couldn't have picked
a better place to rent our RV.
Best wishes,
The Brown Family

Making it happen the way you want it
Hi my name is Gus Saccenti and I been with Family RV for four years now. My current position is product manager/buyer. Part of my position is to help people sell their recreational vehicles, comfortably, professionally, and hassle free.
I really don't vision consignment sales in the same way other RV dealers do. What I mean is some dealers will bring your recreational vehicle in on their lot, park it, and let it sit until someone would like to see it.
Our approach is quite different I like to call it matchmaking. We enjoy pairing up your vehicle with the customer that is going to enjoy your recreational vehicle as much as you did.
We accomplish this with the proper mix of recreational vehicles all makes, models, sizes, and price levels. Week to week I like to take the temperature of what's hot and what's not. Currently class A recreational vehicles are moving a little slower than the class C motor homes.
As for trailers sales we are finding a definite rise in the smaller light weight trailers. The larger trailers and fifth wheels are being used for long-term and temporary housing.
In closing we are here to solve your problem, and make you happy. Talk to you again from my little corner that I like to call; “ SacCENTi makes CENTS”

Susan and Wesley "on the road"
This summer we rented the R-Vision for two weeks and toured the southwest united states to include LA, San Diego, Las Vegas and the grand canyon. Along the way we stopped at several beaches, ate plenty of food, saw the Blue Man Group in Las Vegas, gambled, and last but not least toured some of the Grand Canyon. We like to think we did our part to help stimulate the economy.
