We recently sold and delivery
I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to write one regarding Family RV.
My wife and I had recently decided to purchase a 5th wheel to go with our property in the Santa Cruz Mtns. We had no idea what we were looking for, but we started with Family RV because we ran across their name on the Internet. When we got there we were greeted by a gent by the name of Rick. He became a wealth of information about the units we were looking at. After choosing the 5th Wheel we wanted, there was the issue of getting it up to our place that was down a 4 mile narrow, twisting, dirt road.
That,s when we met Alan and Bud. They told us it would be a challenge, but could be done.
With Rick's help arranging the finance, we were on our way! I met Bud and Matt, the two guys sent to do the task of getting our new unit down the road without damaging it.
It took a lot of work over 6 hours, but it got there without anything wrong to speak of.
We recommend Family RV to anyone that is in need of there great sales,service, and overall great feeling of being taken care of by everyone at Family RV.
