The people at Family RV are great. They went out of their way to make renting an RV easy and fun. Little touches like taking our group picture, the super friendly staff attitude and the review of all the operating systems before we left went a long way towards having a wonderful trip. The cleaning and generator fees were reasonable-about 100 bucks at the end and we ran the generator a lot. Given the horror stories I've heard from other burners who rented from others, I was relieved. We were careful (no shoes in the RV!) and cleaned it before we returned it- but playa dust is tough stuff to get 100% out. If I ever need another RV I will absolutely be using them.
