Family RV is a great outfit and provides wonderful service.
We reserved a '09 Winnebago Navion (which is a great small motorhome) for early March, but a week before our rental date my spouse suffered a minor heart attack and she did not feel up to the trip. Family RV accommodated us by suspending the rental until we felt up to it. We completed the rental last week and everything was great. (They even let us take it a day early) There were no extra charges and the Navion was in good shape for the trip.This our 3rd rental from Family RV, and the second with the Navion. It might be our last, since we're about to buy our own. But I would not hesitate to rent from them again should the need arise.
And we referred a friend to Family RV where they rented the Navion and were very happy with their experience.
