Family RV has many great customer relations

Family RV has many great customer relations over the years our relationship with Jesus and Delores Leal is another example.

Delores and Jesus came in after meeting us for the first time and looked at our inventory. After discussing and talking about the units they had seen they decided they would like to purchase one of our 2011 Trail Sport 29BHS. When they returned to finalize the purchase and do the paperwork the unit they decided to buy was out on a long term rental. After looking at the options and income of leaving the trailer in the rental program they continued to agree to rent it out. Purchasing the RV in December it finally returned and they were able to see what they bought in May.

Family RV enjoys the HAPPY FACES

Bill and his family set out on their adventure. "We went to Petco Park, Doheney State Park. We saw Tim Lincecum throw his first no hitter on Day 1 of our adventure. Day 2 thru 6 we spent relaxing with friends and family. One afternoon was spent at Sea Doos. The trip ended with a visit to Santa Monica for some hypster shopping."

Donna in accounting does the refunds and received this in return! 

"Thanks for the receipt!  I would like to thank you and Family RV for making our vacation fun and adventurous.  You’re service guy Andy was very important to me in helping to relieve some stress with one or two mechanical issues that cropped up while we were on the road.  The unit we rented got us there and back safely.  We will definitely be return customers!"

Family RV is a great outfit and provides wonderful service.

We reserved a '09 Winnebago Navion (which is a great small motorhome) for early March, but a week before our rental date my spouse suffered a minor heart attack and she did not feel up to the trip. Family RV accommodated us by suspending the rental until we felt up to it. We completed the rental last week and everything was great. (They even let us take it a day early) There were no extra charges and the Navion was in good shape for the trip.
This our 3rd rental from Family RV, and the second with the Navion. It might be our last, since we're about to buy our own. But I would not hesitate to rent from them again should the need arise.
And we referred a friend to Family RV where they rented the Navion and were very happy with their experience.

travel trailer nice small lightweight unit with a slide. Michael said
"We came in to buy a travel trailer for around $8,000.00 we met 
with Alan and found this unit, Eliza and I fell in love with it and got 
a great price to purchase it. We were also able to leave in their  rental
program and should be able to make two thousand dollars"

Great Trip North

Jack Going returned from what sounds like a wonderful trip."Spent 2 days on the road to Bellingham WA. to attend our daughters  graduation from Western Washington University. Then off to Vancouver Isle, staying four days at Fodor's Bay to visit Sooke and Victoria. We then headed south to visit Crater Lake even though it rained and turned threatened to snow."
