MAIDEN VOYAGE AWESOME THANKS TO FAMILY RV. I decided on short notice to take my 5 and 7 year old boys for a week to SoCal in an RV. Never done it before. It was great fun and made super easy by Family RV. They helped get the paperwork done quickly and off we went. One of the boys mistakenly shut off the battery power switch while we were on RV Park power. Unplugged, and ugh..no power. Quick call to the Family RV 24-hour hotline and the tech knew exactly what happened. 30 seconds later, problem solved. Great in the field customer service! Nice equipment at a reasonable price rounded out our perfect first time. Planning a weekend trip to Yosemite in March. Family RV will get our business.
