Join our Consignment RV plan

Processing your RV in our system:


· Your vehicle information that you have given us will be verified and entered into our database and will be uploaded to our website www.familyrv.com once we verified the data. We will then add more vehicle information to your unit once it is uploaded.

· The next process is we take more than 12 pictures that best show the features of your RV and upload 12 pictures.

· We then verify online that the data is correct, description is adequate and the pictures show the best features of your RV.

· We will then notify you by email or phone about the listing and would like you to verify that what we have done for you is correct and that it meets with your expectations which you can view at www.familyrv.com by selecting Inventory Online. If there needs to be any changes please let us know in writing how we may improve your listing.
· We then give your vehicle and it’s information over to our service department to follow up with all your service requests.

· The service department inspects your RV, does what you have asked, and then meets with sales to disclose the results they have found. Sales and service discuss what should be done to best show your vehicle.

· Service will be contacting you to go over the results and make sure that you, service and our sales department understands exactly where we are and what has to be done or not.

· The last step in this procedure is to add the service report to your service and sales folders and then add the required information on the internet about your RV. We will also include on the internet and in our files that your unit has been certified.
