Our Existing Customers keep coming Back

Received this email from an existing customer.
"Yup, we keep coming back to you....
We purchased a Rockwood model 1980 tent trailer from you seven years ago.  We use it year round and love it.  But, kids are growing and moving out.  Our next unit will be a Rockwood A122BH.
