Fun trip! We rented our first time w/ FRV and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service from start to finish! Even though we had an electrical issue with the unit we rented, after a quick call to FRV they had a service person out to fix it within the day. 1st Time Renter Family RV was a wonderful experience! The unit I rented was in great shape with lots of extras. All of the staff was helpful from start to finish. I had a personal cell number to call in case I ran into any trouble over the weekend. I had a small family crisis and needed a little extra time and they were understanding and helpful. The only place to rent an RV My family and I own an RV and we rent our RV with Family Rv. We rented before we bought and I could not be happier with our entire experience. A NASCAR pit crew taking care of your RV. The maintenance is tops, the rental care and payment is quick and clear. I see other rental decals on some RV's out there and I feel bad that they did not get to experince Family RV. Montana bound We had a fantastic 2,500 mile trip to Glacier National Park, Montana form June 6 to July 15, 2014. Both my husband (a seasoned RV driver) and myself drove our 30 ft. Chalet over mountains, and into tiny mining towns. It drove like a dream, and our two children read and played comfortably. We would definitely rent here again. Purchased in 2007 I bought a 2007 R-Vision Boogie Box from Rick in 2007. Unit has pretty much been trouble free. Of course with wear and tear issue come up. Every time I've brought the unit in the staff were able to fit me in on short notice for repairs. I am happy with my Boogie Box toy hauler and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.
