What this couple from Australia did this year for their Vacation

Dear Alan & Staff

On arriving back home in Sydney, Marie & I have been reflecting on our first adventure in RVing, and apart from the first day’s traumatic experience of the GPS power failure and the concrete barrier crash we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We took your advice and tried free camping in Cabela’s carpark and met some very helpful people. Our journey covered some 3,500 miles (including getting lost) along the north coast of California to Seattle via Cannons Beach, Oregon then east to Yellowstone National Park (which was awesome) and south to Jackson’s Hole and Salt Lake City before heading for San Jose via Reno. This entire journey provided spectacular scenery.
We were very appreciative of your team’s efforts to make our experience an easy one and the ability to make early payments was very effective and stress free.
The class C vehicle appeared comfortable for our three week journey but we are not sure if a Class A would be better for when we take the 12 month trip.

I would like to make a couple of suggestions that you may consider as business improvements.
1. Offer an insurance cover that provides full cover with an option to remove the excess
2. Offer an enhanced Convenience kit designed for travelers who fly in, which could include:
a. Camp chairs b. Bucket
c. Long Handle broom d. Dustpan
e. Mop f. ceramic dinner plates
g. ceramic bread & butter plates h. plastic wine goblets
i. plastic beer glasses j. coffee mugs
k. Metal cutlery set (knife/fork/spoon) l. Chopping Board
m. Can/bottle opener n. Tongs
o. Potato peeler p. Microwave dishes
q. Vehicle levelers
Again we would like to express our thanks for a wonderful holiday.
