would like to give a tremendous "THANK YOU, THANK YOU" to Matt Wallace, Service Manager, and the entire Service Center staff at Family RV. Matt went above and beyond for us in getting our RV's roof repaired from water damage we experienced this past winter. My insurance company was ready to "scrap" our RV (which is in great shape for it's age) because they said the repairs were going to cost more than the RV was worth. Matt worked with the $$'s and the totally ignorant insurance claims person, and got their approval to fix our RV's roof and the water damaged interior. His service staff went totally out of their way to do whatever was needed to fix the interior of the coach that was damaged and you would never know to look at it that the entire area above the overhead bed had been repaired and replaced. I would highly recommend Family RV and their Service Center for any repair job needed on your motorhome or trailer. Thanks again Family RV for giving us back our beloved motorhome in one piece!!!
