"please thank your entire staff for the very pleasant experience of purchasing our trailer and for getting our truck properly outfitted for towing. The ride home today was really nice, and much smoother than before you installed the additional towing equipment. We've learned a lot from you guys in just a few days! We have had the best time this weekend buying stuff to outfit our new trailer! it's amazing how old those towels look in a new travel home. We made up for the fact that we don't have the time to take her out for a trip right now by having an Open House in the neighborhood for the last 4 days.
